Bradford Claude Dourif was born in 1950 in Huntington, West Virginia. He is the son of Joan Mavis Felton (mother) and Jean Henri Dourif (father). Talking about his parents’ profession, Brad’s mother was an actress whereas her father was an art collector who used to operate a dye factory. The name of his step-father is William C. Campbell who used to be a golfer.

 

Exploring his family background, Brad is the grandchild of the co-founder of the Standard Ultramarine and Color Company in Huntington. His grandparents were from France. Regarding his education, Brad joined Fountain Valley School located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He completed his graduation from there in 1968.
