On 8 September 2007, he made his debut at Professional Championship Wrestling (PCW) as ‘Matt Silva.’ He defeated Adam Brooks and Diaz after teaming with Jacko Lantern. On 3 December 2010, he defeated Danny Psycho making him earn the PCW State Championship. Regarding his Melbourne City Wrestling (MCW) career, he earned the MCW Heavyweight Championship on 28 January 2012, after being victorious over Slex. He was able to retain the title for 293 days.
