Thwaites was born in 1989 and his place of birth is in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. Talking about his family background, he was born to the parents named Peter Thwaites (father) and Flona Thwaites (mother). He grew up with his sister named Stacey. Regarding his education, he was enrolled at Cairns State High School from where he received his graduation in 2006.
