Today #formalfriday is back. Why? Because Jackie Clark from The Aunties is having a birthday and asked if we could all dress up and make a donation to her fantastic organisation. You might be wondering why real royalty has turned up. That’s because Jackie and I had a giggle or two a while back at the reception for Harry and Meghan at Government House and I was trying (badly) to recreate the moment for her. For those who don’t know, Jackie runs “The Aunties“ helping people who are dealing with domestic violence. If you want to wish Jackie a Happy Birthday you could make a donation to The Aunties. That would be amazing. She’d really appreciate it. So would Harry and Meghan. Here’s the link: https://givealittle.co.nz/org/theaunties

I only narrowly managed to zip it up today so I can barely breathe. For those wondering, the tiara is a special Covid-19 addition.
