Revish started his career by working at WBBW-Radio in Youngstown, Ohio in 1872. Initially, he was hired as a board operator and was quickly able to impress his superiors. Later, he joined WBNS-AM/FM Radio in Columbus, Ohio and was assigned the post of general assignment reporter as well as an assignment editor. In 2980, he was appointed as the newscaster for WBNS-TV from which he became popular among the viewers.
In 1990, he appeared reporting from Saudi Arabia about the Persian Gulf War. He was also seen covering several highlight news including Desert Shield Diary. He was able to make Midwest Regional Emmy Award in his name in 1991. He also became the award-winner for presenting a documentary as well.
In 1992, he was appointed as a co-anchor for WBNS-TV and has also served various programs like 5 PM, 6 PM and 11 PM news.
