Whitney Leigh Miller was born in 1988 and her place of birth is in Poplarville, Mississippi, the United States of America. She was raised up in a family-oriented environment where she spent most of her time in the kitchen with her mother. She is also blessed with two sisters
She was highly influenced by her great-grandmother for cooking where she developed passionate about being a chef from an early age. While being a college student, she appeared in Season 1 of MasterChef in 2010.
Career and Professional Life
After her first appearance in episode 1 of Season 1 of MasterChef (U.S), she was also seen in the following episode. At that time, she was just 22 years old making her one of the youngest participants in the competition. She believed that though she has no much experience definitely, she carries brilliancy in cooking.
She was able to earn three mystery box and elimination challenges in the 14 episodes. One of her dishes listed in the top 3 made her reach the finale of the show. Her dishes in the finale were sweet shrimp on crispy corn bread for the appetizer.
