During late 1970’s, Neil joined Split Eriz, a group which was formed by Tim and others. In 1985, Tim moved to England and that time, Neil co-founded Crowded House with Paul Hester who was a Split Enz’s last drummer. In 1996, the group Crowded House came to an end and Neil pursued his solo career from the date.
