Tali was dating the American model and artist Ian Jones. The couple went kayaking on 8th August 2015 and met an accident. The model was rescued by some strangers passing by on a boat while Ian went missing. On August 11, Ian’s dead body was identified. Jones’s funeral was held in Pennsylvania on the 17th of August.
