The following month, it was revealed that no charges would be filed against him as he was found innocent from the investigation.

He was also accused by Rita Chatterton aka Rita Marie stating that McMahon raped her when she refused to have performed the sexual activities which he told. She claimed the incident took place on July 16, 1986, delivering her accusation on Geraldo Rivera’s show Now It Can Be Told on April 3, 1992. Rita Chatterton is also noted for being the first female referee in the WWF.
