She made her debut at the age of 13 by replacing a wrestler on her father’s wrestling show. She appeared as Britani Knight teaming with her mother in a losing effort in the World Association of Wrestling (WAW) in a triple threat tag team match. She also formed the Norfolk Dolls with Melodi and participated in several English promotions. In 2007, the team defeated the Legion of Womb making them become the new World Association of Women’s Wrestling (WAWW) Tag Team.

When WWE’s talent scout came to England, she gave try-outs but became unsuccessful in her first try. However, she succeeded in her next try after five months. She entered into a contract with the promotion in September 2011, after which she was assigned to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW). She used her name ‘Saraya’ while debuting for FCW on 5 January 2012. While making her televised debut, her ring name was changed to Paige.
She teamed with Sofia Cortez and formed the “Anti-Diva Army” in March 2012. The same month, she made her televised in-ring debut forming a tag team with Cortez in a losing effort to Audrey Marie and Kaitlyn. She teamed with Rick Victor for winning a mixed tag team match against Aiden English and Audrey Marie.
FCW was rebranded to NXT making its debut on the third episode of the rebooted NXT where she lost to Sofia Cortez. She defeated multiple wrestlers like Audrey Marie, Aksana, Sasha Banks, Emma, Alicia Fox and Aksana. As she was gaining quick popularity, Summer Rae got jealous and made her assault Paige on 30 January 2013. After brawling with Rae, she got a shoulder injury on the 13 February episode of NXT. Main roster debut
On the 7 April 2014 episode of Raw, she made her main roster debut congratulating Divas Champion AJ Lee on her successful title defense. However, AJ slapped her and gave a challenge to an impromptu match for the championship. Paige accepted the challenge and quickly own the match marking her become the youngest Divas Champion in history (age 21). She also became the only man to hold both Divas and NXT Women’s Championships at the same time along with being the only wrestler turning the first Diva to win the title in her debut match.
On the 28 April episode of Raw, she recorded her first successful title defense against Brie Bella. On 4 May at Extreme Rules, she defended her title against Tamina Snuka. Her first loss on the main roster was recorded against Alicia Fox on the 19 May episode of Raw. They faced again in a title match at Payback where Paige became able to retain her title. Later, she started a feud with Cameron whom she won in two non-title matches. She lost to Naomi in a non-title match who was then Cameron’s tag team partner. Paige was able to retain her title against her at Money in the Bank. Paige lost her title to returning AJ Lee quickly on 30 June. However, she maintained a good relation with Lee. They teamed together winning tag matches against Natalya and Emma.
Later, she turned villainous after viciously assaulting Lee which made them face for a title match on Paige’s 22nd birthday where she regained her title. She lost her title back to AJ Lee at Night of Champions in a triple threat match involving Nikki Bella. She also formed an alliance with Alicia Fox while she was having a feud with Lee. However, she attacked Fox after she became failed in another title match against Lee at Hell in a Cell
She turned into the fan-favorite again on the 5 January 2015 episode of Raw after rescuing Natalya from Nikki Bella who was assaulted after the match. The rescue made her face and defeat Bella in a non-title match. A tag team match was held between The Bella Twins and Paige and Natalya at the Royal Rumble.
Paige challenged Nikki for the Divas Championship at Fastlane where she was saved by returning AJ Lee from a post-match attack. At WrestleMania 31, she partnered with Lee to defeat The Bella Twins. She also earned a battle royal on the 13 April episode of Raw which made her become the number one contender to Nikki Bella’s Divas Championship. Following the match, she was attacked by Naomi who made her injured and unable to compete as per the storyline.
Paige made her return after a month on the 18 May episode of Raw where she saved Nikki Bella from attack by Tamina Snuka and Naomi. At Elimination Chamber, she lost the triple threat match involving Nikki and Naomi.
Stephanie McMahon called for a “revolution” in the Divas division where she introduced Becky Lynch and Charlotte as Paige’s allies. Paige, Lynch and Charlotte were named “Team PCB” and won a three-team elimination match when Lynch pinned Brie Bella. Paige turned on her partner when Charlotte was celebrating after winning the Divas Championship from Nikki Bella. She stated that Charlotte is not deserving and she got the opportunity only because of her father. Ric Flair.
In the month of November, she won fatal four-way matchmaking her turn new number, one contender, for Charlotte’s Divas Championship. However, she lost the title match in three events including Survivor Series and TLC. She took some time following her injury and made her return on the 18 January 2016 episode of Raw. Neck Injury
She was drafted to Raw as part of the 2016 WWE draft. It was revealed through her mother’s tweet that she was on a hiatus due to injury. She revealed that she was going to have neck surgery which would not allow her to wrestle for an undisclosed time. She has again suspended for 60 days again for violating the company’s wellness policy on 10 October. Her neck surgery took place on 19 October and was cleared to return for ring competition in September 2017.
She made her return on Raw on 20 November 2017, attacking Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Mickie James and Sasha Banks where she was accompanied by the debuting Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. Paige went through another injury after being delivered a kick from Sasha Banks at a house show on 27 December in a six-woman tag team match. Although she didn’t return to the in-ring competition, she accompanied her fellow Absolution members. She revealed her official retirement plan from in-ring competition due to injury on the episode of Raw on 9 April.
After in-ring retirement
She remained still with the company despite retiring from in-ring competition. She was named as the new general manager of SmackDown by Shane McMahon on the 10 April 2018 episode of SmackDown Live. As per Vince McMahon, she was given the opportunity to promote the film Fighting with My Family. She remained in the position throughout the rest of the year.
On the 10 April 2019 episode of SmackDown, she made her backstage appearance announcing that she would bring a new tag team to feud with The IIconics.
